1) Q: I’m a restaurant owner and want to know how I update my information and picture?
A: To be allowed to update / modify a restaurant's information you must be
registered and
Logged in. Then when you view your restaurant's details, click on the Manage link along side the restaurant's name and fill in the required information. A one time free trial will be offered to correct basic information. (Note: Some features require a subscription to be purchased.)
2) Q: I want to use additional features for my restaurant listing page and it’s not allowing me. Why not?
A: Any time the site doesn’t allow you to add or change information it’s most likely because of the tier package you’re in has either expired or does not offer the features you are looking to use. Some features are only accessible by purchasing a different tier package. To see your tier level, log into your user home page and click on the restaurant you want to maintain (located under your user basic info) your tier information will be located there. If nothing is listed under the tier section or the expiration date has come and gone you will need to upgrade or renew your tier.
3) Q: How Do I Upgrade/Renew the Tier Subscription my Restaurant currently has?
A: Log into your account and click on “Renew/Upgrade Tiers and purchase banner advertising” which is located on your user home page or
click here.
4) Q: I want to be able to comment on a restaurant. Why won’t it let me?
A: You must be registered and logged in to submit a comment. Click on Register at the top of the page, fill in the required information, including a verifiable email address, and then you’ll be able to post 1 comment on each restaurant.
5) Q: I logged in but I cannot find my user information, where can I find that?
A: Once you are logged in look next to the logout button you will see your user name, just click on your user name and it will take you to your user home page or
click here and you will be able to change your personal information.
6) Q: My restaurant has inaccurate information listed. How do I change it?
A: For a small monthly fee you can change your Restaurant information as often as you like and when it’s convenient for you. Simply register and then log in and click on Upgrade/Renew Tier to purchase an upgrade. The Tier options and prices will be explained there. If for some reason you do not want this capability simply send an email or call us with the correct information and we’ll verify it with the restaurant and change it as soon as we’re able to. All of our contact information can be obtained by clicking Contact us at the top of the home page.
7) Q: How do I find a list of restaurants that offer coupons?
A: In any of the search boxes click on the advanced search button, this will take you to our advanced search page. Fill in your criteria and place a checkmark next to “Only Restaurants that have coupons” box.
8) Q: How do I advertise with NotCookingTonight.com
A: At NotCookingTonight.com we are striving to provide a comprehensive, easy to use database of ALL restaurants in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. We provide a basic listing for free to all restaurant owners. You must register and login in order to maintain a restaurants' information and/or to purchase tier packages or banner and button ads. Go to the Home page and click on Register at the top of the page. Once you've agreed to our Terms of Use and have completed the information that we request, you will be able to purchase advertising. Once logged in, click on your username (found next to the Logout button on the top of the page). At the bottom of your User Home you'll see a bar that says "Renew/Upgrade Tiers and purchase banner advertising". Click here and you're on your way.
